Curious Loop provides a transaction monitoring service that connects to your bank accounts, monitors transactions in real time, and sends SMS alerts when activity at prohibited merchants is detected.

User Responsibilities

SMS Consent

Limitation of Liability

Curious Loop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed alerts, delayed notifications, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Transaction monitoring is provided as a supplementary tool and does not replace personal financial oversight.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time through the application or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
