Program Description
Curious Loop sends SMS alerts to users and their designated advocates when a transaction is flagged at a prohibited merchant. Alerts include the merchant name, transaction amount, and date so recipients can take timely action.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. SMS alerts are sent only when a transaction is flagged by the monitoring system. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-In
Consent to receive SMS alerts is collected during account registration. Users explicitly agree by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox before creating their account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS alerts. You may also opt out through your account settings in the application.
Opt Back In
If you previously opted out, you can subscribe again at any time by replying START to any message. You may also opt back in through your account settings in the application.

Privacy
